Colissimo:
- The postal network remains open: human and logistical resources reinforced for the management of containment and the end-of-year sales peak
- Regular updates of the list of relay points
- No compensation for late deliveries
Colissimo is currently organizing with businesses regarding parcels in transit.
Chronopost:
Maintaining the activity on the national territory, as well as internationally.
For all shipments:
- Parcel delivery is contactless
- No compensation for late deliveries
- Possible extension of deadlines for the coming weeks
- For Pickup relays, uncollected packages will be stored in the establishment during its closure. Parcels that were to be delivered to these relays will be redirected to an open establishment.
Mondial Relay:
- Business maintained: deliveries to France, Spain, Belgium and Luxembourg
- Only 50% of relay points will remain open
- Parcels located in confined relay points will be collected and placed in other relays.
- An SMS/email notification will be sent to all consumers so that they can collect their package.
- Possible extension of deadlines in the coming weeks
- No compensation for late deliveries
