The post office
The delivery and collection of parcels by Colissimo are maintained but with an adapted organization and a capacity reduced to 70% of the usual daily nominal.
From March 30, and until further notice, collections, deposits and distribution of parcels will take place on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
In this context, here are the recommendations of La Poste:
- Prioritize the sending of orders containing essential products among your references
- Priority to boxable parcels , which do not require physical contact with the recipient and can be delivered to a standardized letterbox (maximum package format: 32 cm x 24 cm x 24 cm)
- Limit the load of packages to 10kg to avoid interactions between our employees in the sorting platforms.
- Transmission of all customer delivery data (e-mail address, telephone number, ...)
